Divorce and remarriage is already a pretty debatable issue even outside military and it can be said that people who are in military tend to face more issues when they get divorced or they get remarried. The military families are unique and they have to make many adjustments due to the job roles of the spouses. When a military gets married to a non-military person, she or he has to make many adjustments and also, have to accept the fact that their families will never be the same as the civilians. They cannot have similar expectations as the military requires far more dedication and attention than the normal 9to5 jobs. The military families who have remarried and are living with their extended step families also face unique issues than civilian step families due to many factors
